Recently, several of my cousins and I headed to a Korean restaurant in a Dallas suburb.
Much of my family has lived in various regions of Asia at one time or another and this particular evening, all of us were craving a taste of the Orient.
I had the Bibimbap, which is a mixed rice dish of vegetables and beef, though some people use chicken. It is usually topped off with a raw egg, which I gladly passed along to my younger cousin, since pregnancy and raw eggs simply don't mix.
